Varapuzha, Kerala

 Varapuzha is a northern suburb of Kochi city. It is a census town in Paravur Taluk, Ernakulam district in the Indian state of Kerala. Its strength lies in the fact that the western piece of Varapuzha, called Devaswompadam, is surrounded by an extensive rice-growing area, especially with Pokkali rice cultivation and fish cultivation, privately called 'Kettu'. The main occupations of the locals are fishing and horticulture.

Vazhakala, Kerala

 Vazhakala is a suburb of Kochi city, Kerala, India. It is located about 7 km from the city center and is part of the Thrikkakkara district. It could well be described as an ordinary residential area, bordering schools, universities, and professional organizations. Despite being a suburb, all capacities and offices are accessible at this location. There are two railway stations in the vicinity, which are about 8 and 10 kilometers apart. They are Ernakulam Town, also called North, and Ernakulam Junction and this station are South.

It is one of the economic centers of the Malappuram region and is located 26 km west of Malappuram and 41 km south of Kozhikode on the Shoranur-Mangalore line of the Mangalore-Chennai railway.

 Tiruvalla, also called Thiruvalla, Malayalam, is a town and the seat of the eponymous taluk in Pathanamthitta district in the state of Kerala in southern India. It lies on the banks of the Manimala and Pamba rivers and is an area enclosed by flooding rivers and watercourses.

Thiruvankulam, Kerala

 Thiruvankulam is a suburb of Kochi in the state of Kerala in India. It is part of the Tripunithura Municipality and the Kochi Metropolitan Region. In the times of the Kochi and Travancore kingdoms, Thiruvankulam was a hinterland town. The Kavaleeshwaram stream, now a canal, separated the two kingdoms. The Kochi - Madurai National Highway NH 49 passes through Thiruvankulam.

Thodupuzha, Kerala

 Thodupuzha is the largest city and municipality in the Idukki district in the Indian state of Kerala, covering an area of 35.43 km. Thodupuzha is located 57 km 35 mi from Kottayam and 62 km 39 mi southeast of Kochi. Thodupuzha is also called the "Hollywood of Kerala" as the place shoots a large number of Malayalam and Tamil films. The name 'Thodupuzha' could be derived from two words, 'thodu' meaning a river and 'puzha' meaning a waterway. It is believed that the stream developed into a waterway and the town on the banks of the stream became known as Thodupuzha.
