Kanjirappally, Kerala
Kanjirappally is a taluk and a town in the Kottayam region, located about 38 km (24 miles) from the regional capital, in the Indian state of Kerala. The Christians of Kanjirapally are known for being the first agricultural community in Kerala to switch to livestock farming in the early twentieth century.
