Varapuzha is a northern suburb of Kochi city. It is a census town in Paravur Taluk, Ernakulam district in the Indian state of Kerala. Its strength lies in the fact that the western piece of Varapuzha, called Devaswompadam, is surrounded by an extensive rice-growing area, especially with Pokkali rice cultivation and fish cultivation, privately called 'Kettu'. The main occupations of the locals are fishing and horticulture.

 Vazhakala is a suburb of Kochi city, Kerala, India. It is located about 7 km from the city center and is part of the Thrikkakkara district. It could well be described as an ordinary residential area, bordering schools, universities, and professional organizations.  Tiruvalla, also called Thiruvalla, Malayalam, is a town and the seat of the eponymous taluk in Pathanamthitta district in the state of Kerala in southern India. It lies on the banks of the Manimala and Pamba rivers and is an area enclosed by flooding rivers and watercourses.

 Thiruvankulam is a suburb of Kochi in the state of Kerala in India. It is part of the Tripunithura Municipality and the Kochi Metropolitan Region. In the times of the Kochi and Travancore kingdoms, Thiruvankulam was a hinterland town. The Kavaleeshwaram stream, now a canal, separated the two kingdoms. The Kochi - Madurai National Highway NH 49 passes through Thiruvankulam.

 Thodupuzha is the largest city and municipality in the Idukki district in the Indian state of Kerala, covering an area of 35.43 km. Thodupuzha is located 57 km 35 mi from Kottayam and 62 km 39 mi southeast of Kochi. Thodupuzha is also called the "Hollywood of Kerala" as the place shoots a large number of Malayalam and Tamil films. The name 'Thodupuzha' could be derived from two words, 'thodu' meaning a river and 'puzha' meaning a waterway. It is believed that the stream developed into a waterway and the town on the banks of the stream became known as Thodupuzha.

 Thrippunithura or Tripunithura is a well-known historical and residential area in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. Tripunithura has located about 8 km (5 miles) from the city center and was the capital of the former Kingdom of Cochin. The Hill Palace located in Tripunithura was the royal residence of the Maharaja of Cochin, the ruler of the Kingdom of Cochin. In the nearby organization, it is a region called Tripunithura Municipality. In the state regulatory structure, Tripunithura is a part of Ernakulam District in Kerala Territory.

 Ponnani is a township in the Ponnani taluk, Malappuram district, in the Kerala area. It serves as the authoritative center of the taluk and the block panchayat of the same name. It is located at the confluence of the Bharatappuzha river with the Ponnani, on its southern bank, and is bounded by the Arabian Sea to the west and a series of tidal ponds to the south. The Tirur waterway joins the Ponnani at the mouth of the river at Patinjarekkara Beach from the north bank.

 Pinarayi is a town in the Kannur district in the Indian province of Kerala. Pinarayi is 20 kilometers ( 12 miles) from the Kannur district headquarters. The nearest town and railway station are Thalassery, which is 8 km away (5.0 miles). For administrative reasons, the Panchayat is divided into two towns: Eruvatty and Pinarayi. Pinarayi is a modern town in reverse gear.

 Peringathur is a town in the Thalassery taluk of the Kannur region in the Kerala province of India. It is a part of the Greater Mahe region. It is believed that the name "Peringathur" comes from Peringalath Ur, indicating that major wars took place here. Consequently, the city became known as Peringathur Perinthalmanna. Perinthalmanna is a town and region in the Malappuram region of Kerala. The name Perinthalmanna is derived from Perumthallu. It was the capital of Valluvanad, a royal state led by the Valluvakonathiris, a branch associated with the Pallava tradition of ancient Tamil kingdoms.

 Peermade, also spelled Peerumedu, is a hill station in the province of Kerala, India. The backdrop of Peermade consists of amazing waterfalls, open meadows, and pine forests. The place is located in Malanad province and is at an altitude of 910 meters above sea level (3,000 feet). Peermade used to be the medium-term retreat of the maharajas of Travancore.  Sultan Bathery is a city and region in the Wayanad region of Kerala, India, near the border with the states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.  Nileshwaram or Nileshwar or Neeleswaram is a municipality and a major town in the Kasaragod district in the Indian state of Kerala. It is one of the three regions in the Kasaragod district; the others are Kasaragod and Kanhangad. Nileshwar is referred to as the social capital of Kasaragod, the northernmost region of Kerala.  The Nileshwar Rajahs and the Bednore Nayaks fought in this area. This area, known for its "kavus", the sacred forests, hosts the outstanding finale of the annual shrine festivals. The most famous of the sacred forests is the Mannampurathu Kavu.
